I think Tim felt great about his offer. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim if my workers treated people and provided service how Stanley had done, I'd have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about how I'd been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It's actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its staff on client support and being good citizens.
